Media Alert - International Premiere of "The Wannabes Starring Savvy"
What: International singing sensation, Savvy, will celebrate the world premiere of "The Wannabes Starring Savvy" with a special event. "The Wannabes Are Gonna Be" will air on ABC3 in Australia and producers will screen never before seen episodes and music videos to celebrate this momentous event.?Media is invited to attend the screening, shoot b-roll and interview the cast.
Who: Show producers are expecting 500 - 600 local kids and their parents to join in the festivities as Shaylen, Sarah, Mariah, Drew, Alan, Andrew, and the rest of the cast celebrates the world premiere of "The Wannabes Starring Savvy".
Where: Parker High School, 400 Wright Rd, Howell, MI 48843
When: Saturday March 6th at 2:00 PM
Donations: Attendees have been asked to bring canned goods with them which will be donated to Gleaners Food Bank in Howell, MI to help the local community.

About the show: "The Wannabes Starring Savvy" follows six high school students at an upscale arts academy that scoffs at their dreams of becoming singing sensations. After the principal catches the group performing in the student lounge, he sentences them to one week of detention - working for free at a local cafe. Fortunately for these wannabe pop stars, the daughter of the cafe owner shares their same dreams and talks her dad into letting the academy students rock out at the cafe, as long as she can join the group. He agrees, but has his own ideas of how to use their musical talents for his own profit, making them wear costumes to promote his latest smoothie creations. Fruit attire and all, the band is a hit, and they are booked to perform every week.
The Wannabes are played by the actual pop recording group, Savvy, formed in 2004. Savvy has performed over 400 live concerts from coast-to-coast in the United States, including headlining the Radio Disney's "Feeling Groovy" tour.
